His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz bin Muhammad bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Jazan Region, today, made an inspection tour of the University Hospital at Jazan University, as part of his tours to the various sectors in the region.

His Highness listened to an explanation from the Director of the General Administration of Projects, Engineer Muhammad Al-Hakami, about the hospital, which is built on a total area of ​​160,000 square meters, and the building area of ​​the hospital is 83,000 square meters and 300 beds.

His Highness, the Deputy Governor of Jazan, toured the clinics, admission rooms, emergency and intensive care departments, and listened to the explanation by the Supervisor of the General Administration of Medical Services and Operation of the University Hospital, Dr. Madani Al-Issa, about the hospital.

His Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz stressed the importance of completing the University Hospital project, which is considered a developmental achievement that advances the medical services in the region. His Highness praised the university’s role in providing early support for the initiatives and efforts of the Ministry of Health in facing the Coronavirus pandemic.

The tour was attended by the Vice President of the University, Dr. Muhammad bin Ali Ma’ashi, the Vice President of the Emirate of Jazan Region Dr. Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Saqr, the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Muhammad bin Hassan Abu Rasin, the Vice President of the Emirate of Jazan Region for Development Professor Khaled bin Abdulaziz Al-Qusaibi, and the Director-General of Health Affairs in Jazan Professor Abdul-Rahman bin Dubai Al-Harbi, the University’s Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Hassan bin Abdullah Ishaq, the University’s Vice President for Development and Entrepreneurship, Dr. Nayeif bin Jahshour Azyabi, and the Supervisor of the General Administration of Medical Services and University Hospital Operation, Dr. Madani bin Ali Al-Issa.
