Office of the Vice President

The Manager of Administration oversees the work of the Vice President's office for Student Affairs (Female Section) and manages the workflow, administrative and development work in the office, and all activities that contribute to facilitating and smooth functioning of the work in general through the implementation of the following tasks:

  1. Application and implementation of the University's administrative and financial affairs regulations and systems.

  2. Supervising the administrative workflow of the University Vice President's Office and all departments and units associated with it.

  3. Direct contact with all departments within the university regarding financial and administrative matters.
  4. Receive and follow up on the Vice Presidency’s incoming and outgoing correspondence and direct them according to instructions.

  5. Sending the administrative circular issued by the Vice President to the affiliated departments.

  6. Fill out office requests.
