Jazan University students appear for their final exams, amid precautionary measures

Students of Jazan University started their final exams for the second semester of the year 1442 AH, while adhering to precautionary and preventive measures in the various faculties and deanships of the university.

Jazan University President, Prof. Dr. Mar’ei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, explained that the University took precautionary measures and provided equipment to ensure the safety and health of students, their families and university employees. He commended the efforts of the academic, administrative, technical, security staff and health care professionals in the various colleges, deanships and departments of the university with dedication and diligence that have contributed towards its success. He also praised the keenness of the University students, who demonstrated their commitment to the instructions and guidelines, their patriotism, and assuming responsibility for maintaining their safety and the safety of others, during the semester exams and now in the current final exams.

While the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Hassan bin Abdullah Ishaq, confirmed that the university issued a statement explaining the mechanism for conducting exams and their schedules in accordance with standards that ensure the proper implementation of preventive procedures and protocols, noting the support and follow-up of His Excellency the President of the University for various efforts and the progress of the examinations.

The Vice President for Student Affairs (Female Section), Dr. Fatima Aqili, explained that the procedures set by the university consist of four stages, which are pre-attendance procedures at the test location, other procedures upon entering the exam hall through the visual screening station, procedures during the test, and post-examination

procedures.
