Vice-Dean Message
With the grace of Allah Almighty, College Vice Deanship for Development aspires to apply the best quality practices for the development of Academic programs. This is ensured by planning, implementing, reviewing and improving every single process with the stakeholder’s involvement.
Our students are our assets and we are ambitious for better future of our graduates with an aim to meet the needs of the labor market. This is done by applying diverse teaching and learning strategies, adopting the curricular and co-curricular activities to shape physical, mental and intellectual growth of our students. We endeavor to find new ways to get them involved and stay engaged outside the classroom by promoting creativity and entrepreneurship culture.
Interdisciplinary initiatives that enhance research are bolstered and grant-funded opportunities are supported in a conductive and serene environment
The vice deanship is committed to adopt, implement and support all initiatives that improves education and leads towards program accreditation by national and foreign bodies.

Tasks of the unit
1. Submitting periodic reports on the progress of the program's accreditation process for all the departments of the college after holding the necessary meetings with the quality and academic accreditation coordinators of the departments.
2. Preparing the scientific material for the workshops on program accreditation activities and then archiving them for reference.
3. Updating the paper content of the unified chamber for paper documents related to quality and academic accreditation, with the inclusion of all department files (courses and standards), and college files for accreditation, and following up the database that includes electronic copies of all files.
4. Preparing questionnaires to measure the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the services of the college (internal and external) and circulating them to all concerned, in addition to collecting and analyzing their results.
5. Preparing and updating the college files of academic accreditation.

Tasks of the commitee
1. Following up and coordinating with the teaching and learning standard officials in the academic departments regarding the fulfillment of the requirements of the teaching and learning standard.
2. Developing mechanisms to develop and improve teaching and learning requirements and equipment, such as libraries, laboratories, classrooms, and internet halls.
3. Supervising the processes of evaluating learning outcomes at the level of college programs on an annual basis.
4. Supervising the collection and analysis of data and statistics on performance indicators for teaching and learning at the level of programs and colleges.
5. Arranging an introductory meeting for the newly appointed and contracted faculty members to inform them of the college's study system and the college's guidance mechanism.

مهام الوحدة
- إعداد وتنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية والتطويرية بالكلية بالتعاون مع منسقات التخطيط و التطوير بالأقسام الأكاديمية.
- متابعة تنفيذ مبادرات الخطة الاستراتيجية للجامعة الخاصة بالكلية والتأكد من تحقيق مؤشراتها لتطوير عملية التعليم والبحث العلمي وخدمة المجتمع
- تحديث الأهداف التشغيلية للكلية ونشر ثقافة التخطيط الاستراتيجي بين أقسام ووحدات الكلية باستخدام الطرق المختلفة (من منشورات وكتب ومطويات وورش عمل ومحاضرات ...الخ (على مستوى الأقسام الادارية والاكاديمية بالكلية).
- تنظيم الدورات والورش التدريبية التي من شأنها تطوير العمل بالكلية في شتى الجوانب التعليمية والبحثية والإدارية.
- تجميع والحفاظ على أدبيات الوحدة وأدلتها ووثائق الفعاليات والأنشطة التي وضعتها الوحدة.
- جمع مؤشرات الأداء, تدقيقها و اعداد التقرير السنوي للكلية.
- ترشيح المتميزين من الكادر الأكاديمي و الإداري و كذلك الطلاب المتميزين للجوائز الجامعيه و المحليه في مجال تميزهم.
وحدة البحـث العلمـــي
مسؤول الوحدة:

مهام الوحدة
1- حصر أبحاث أعضاء هيئة التدريس فصلياً و حصر تسجيلهم على شبكات التواصل البحثية لضمان النشاط البحثي لكافة الأعضاء.
2- إقامة الدورات التدريبية و ورش العمل و الأنشطة الإرشادية الخاصة بالمجال البحثي للطالبات و عضوات هيئة التدريس.
3- إقامة الملتقى البحثي السنوي للكلية و الإشراف على ورش العمل المصاحبه.
4- استكمال تدقيق المعاملات المعتمدة على النتاج البحثي (طلبات الزيادة الإستثنائيه, بدل التميز و الترقية) .
5- حصر مشاريع الطالبات البحثية و نتاج مشاريع التخرج و الرفع لعمادة الكلية بها.
6- الإشراف على نشاط الوحدة البحثيه بالكلية.
7- تجرى جميع أنشطة و فعاليات الوحدة بالتنسيق مع منسقات البحث العلمي لدى الأقسام الأكاديمية.
8- إنشاء أيقونة خاصة بالوحدة على موقع الكلية الالكتروني و تحديثها بشكل دوري.

Committee Tasks
- Updating the interface and the content of the portal by communicating with all concerned departments and units.
- Designing the icons and the windows that show visitors the identity of Addarb University College.
- Auditing electronic content in Arabic and English and holding periodic meetings to revise the content and develop the design.
- Connecting to all college channels.
- Follow up on updating content, advertisements and news on the portal.
- Initiate and update new icons for each unit of the college in coordination with the heads and coordinators of the units.

Committee Tasks
- Prepare the annual research plan of the colleges to be presented to the College Council.
- Scientific and financial review of research proposals submitted to the Scientific Research Unit at the College and verify their eligibility for support.
- Prepare and audit the initial and second reports in preparation for submission to the College Council.
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit 2023

The unit's tasks
. 1. Providing information sources, databases and knowledge guidance for innovations
2. Assisting the innovator in providing the necessary needs to complete the processing of the initial version of her innovation and participating in innovative forums
3. Organizing scientific lectures, workshops and courses to develop the cognitive innovation aspect of students and documenting their content.
4. Supervising the registration of female students in the university student forum and following up the progress of their participation.
5. Supporting the participation of innovations in exhibitions and specialized events in coordination with innovation coordinators in academic departments.
6. Periodic follow-up with the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Center’s headquarters in the College of Engineering (University City) and the implementation of what they want.
7. Create an icon for the unit on the college website and update it periodically
