The role of the Inventory Control Department is to design methods and means that ensure the application of government warehouse rules and procedures to all university warehouses and exchange operations; secure the items according to objective plans compatible with the laws and regulations that help to achieve the objectives of the university and ensure the continuity of work; record all university property in a database that facilitates accurate follow-up and referencing when needed; preserving the items and stock and save public money.
